Here is everything you need to know about how your Loyalty Program Points work:
1. How to Earn Points
Earning is simple: you receive 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent on our menu.
• Keep Earning While You Save: You will still earn 1 point per dollar even when you are using a referral coupon or other discounts.
• Tier Progression: Every dollar you spend (calculated after any discounts are applied) contributes to your 12-month spending total. This total determines your status within our four-tiered hierarchy.
Referral Program
Sharing the "Green Latifah" experience with friends allows both of you to earn rewards while climbing the ranks of the loyalty kingdom. Here are the instructions for using the referral program and redeeming your discount coupons:
How to Use the Referral Program
1. Refer a Friend: Share your love for the brand with a friend. Login into your account and click on 'Loyalty Rewards' menu link. There you will see a referral code unique to your account. Very important that your friend use your unique referral link to visit our website to sign up or place purchase.
2. Qualifying Purchase: Once your friend completes their first qualifying purchase, the referral reward is triggered.
3. Receive Your Reward: Both you and your friend will receive $20 discount coupons to use on future orders.
How To Redeem Your Points
Redeem Points at My Account
- Available Rewards: Redeem Points Card, Enter the amount of points your want to redeem. A coupon code will be generated based on your redemption rate and you can use that coupon code and apply it at cart or checkout page.
Apply Points at Checkout
• Build Your Cart: Browse the menu and add items to your cart.
• Review Your Cart: Click the “cart” icon to review your items.
• Redeem: During the checkout process, look for the option to apply your loyalty points to the total at the cart page. Enter the amount of points you want to redeem and it will automatically be applied to your order.
** You can't use your loyalty points if you are also applying a promotion coupon.
Verify Your Delivery Minimum
Before placing your order, double-check your final total. Delivery minimum requirements are calculated AFTER all discounts, including loyalty point redemptions and coupons.
• Surrey & Langley: Must be at least $50 after discounts.
• Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, etc.: Must be at least $60 after discounts.
• West & North Vancouver: Must be at least $80 after discounts.
Note: All orders over $100 (after discounts) automatically qualify for free delivery. Additionally, if your final order remains over $100 after redeeming points, you will still trigger your tier-specific "royal gift," such as additional points and free flower.
