• Platinum (The highest tier, offering a 5% redeemable points rate).

Once you have accumulated enough points, you can trade them in for "royal tributes" (discounts) on your future orders.
• Redemption Rate: You can redeem your points starting at 100 points.
• Increasing Value: Depending on your current loyalty tier, 100 points will grant you a discount ranging from $2.50 to $5.00. The higher your status, the more value you get for every point you spend.

- Available Rewards: Redeem Points Card, Enter the amount of points your want to redeem. A coupon code will be generated based on your redemption rate and you can use that coupon code and apply it at cart or checkout page.
5. Apply Points at Checkout
• Build Your Cart: Browse the menu and add items to your cart.
• Review Your Cart: Click the “cart” icon to review your items.
• Redeem: During the checkout process, look for the option to apply your loyalty points to the total at the cart page. Enter the amount of points you want to redeem and it will automatically be applied to your order.
** You can't use your loyalty points if you are also applying a promotion coupon.
6. Verify Your Delivery Minimum
Before placing your order, double-check your final total. Delivery minimum requirements are calculated AFTER all discounts, including loyalty point redemptions and coupons.
• Surrey & Langley: Must be at least $50 after discounts.
• Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, etc.: Must be at least $60 after discounts.
• West & North Vancouver: Must be at least $80 after discounts.
Note: All orders over $100 (after discounts) automatically qualify for free delivery. Additionally, if your final order remains over $100 after redeeming points, you will still trigger your tier-specific "royal gift," such as additional points and free flower.
