How To Order
Here is a "How To Order" guide for Green Latifah, incorporating the brand’s loyalty program and specific ordering requirements:
Step 1. Add Products To Your Cart
Browse our menu and add items to your cart. When finished, click the “cart” icon. Remember that you earn 1 loyalty point for every dollar spent. Apply any coupons and review your cart. If you are using a referral coupon, please note it can only be applied to orders totaling more than $100. Once confirmed, proceed to “Checkout.”
Step 2. Complete Order Details
Next, fill in the “billing details.” If you are a returning customer, please login at the top of the page to ensure your purchase counts toward your loyalty tier status (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum). If you are a new customer, simply fill in the details and continue. Once confirmed, proceed to “payment details.” Don't forget to take advantage of any New Customer promo, so be sure to ask us or look for new customer coupons if your order qualifies.
Step 3. Review and Submit Payment Details
Cash On Delivery (COD): Please enter the amount of “change back” you would like.
Interac Email Transfer (IET): FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY (located in your order confirmation email or at checkout). FAILURE to follow these instructions may result in prolonged shipping and cancellation fees.
- Credit / Debit card: Our driver can receive credit or debit card purchase in person. There will be a 3% surcharge for credit card purchases.
Pro Tip: If your order is over $100, check your loyalty tier for added perks! Depending on your level, you may receive additional points (up to 250) and a free gift, ranging from 1/8 oz of small bud to 1/4 oz of premium top bud. Orders will not be sent out until payment is confirmed. Once confirmed, proceed to “place order.”
Step 4. Track Delivery
Once placed, we will begin to process and prepare your order for delivery. We will email you an update with a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped! Orders can take up to 90 minutes to ship (although this is typically much sooner!). As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking link to follow along via updated ETAs and live tracking when the driver is nearby. Our driver will call you once arrived; please meet them outside to ensure a quick, safe, and efficient transaction.
Step 5. Enjoy Your Order!
Enjoy your Green Latifah experience! If you loved your order, refer a friend. After they complete a qualifying purchase, both you and your friend will receive $20 discount coupons to use on a future order of $100 or more.
